Hey there! I thought I'd just to a quick update about what we've been up to lately. Summer is finally here and we have been loving the beautiful weather! Evan and I went camping over Memorial Day weekend with most of his family up in Driggs. They staked out this great space for us, big open meadow with plenty of room for all the tents and horses and dogs....yep, it was a full house. I'll have to add pictures later, but it was a great time.
I've been working quite a bit lately, but I really love my job with MountainView. I work three 12 hour shifts a week, so that makes it nice. Sometimes the days get long, but I have great co-workers that keep it fun. Evan likes his new job too, he has some great guys in his office that he gets along with great. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly guys can get comfortable with each other. I mean, keeping the air freshener on the desk and blatantly using it? Seriously! ;) hehe But I am SO glad he's not gone so much anymore.
Above that, we've started looking at houses. Holy smokes, the thought of owing that much money is SCARY! :S But we are so excited to finally be able to buy a home to call our own!! :D We'll see what happens- Wish us luck!

- This is us! Evan and I were married in March 2006 in the Idaho Falls Temple. We met in August 2005 at the Pocatello Institute (gasp-one of those cheesy Institute stories, it's true!). Dating was an adventure, and we got engaged on top of the Conference Center in SLC after the First Presidency Christmas Devotional in December '05. It was COLD but very romantic, he did good ;). Evan graduated in December 2008 with his Bachelors Degree in Business and Finance--I'm so excited!! I graduated in May 2009 with my Bachelors Degree in Radiographic Science (X-ray). YAY!! Happy day!!! We both are currently working and livin' the dream. We purchased our first home in August '09 and are LOVING it! We have wonderful neighbors and friends, and look forward with much anticipation for whatever the future holds for us!

Good luck on house hunting, it really is fun. Making ahouse payment each month isn't the funnest, but owning my own home is DEFINITELY worth it!!! I absolutely LOVE mountain view. The experience I had when I had my little boy was AWESOME!!! so you might see me in the future when more little johnsons start happening!
Good Luck! You should be able to get your money's worth now! Houses are GREAT, the money won't be an issue once you're in, you'll be enjoying it too much!!
