What joy one little week can bring! :D
Although it still contains lots of work and studying for the tests, etc. to come in the next 5 weeks, it has already been a welcome relief! After this week, I officially only have 15 more days of working for free at clinicals, and come the first week in May I will be an official college graduate! Saweet!!!! Hopefully the sun will start shining for the last half of the week, but even if it doesn't I LOVE Spring Break!! Too bad the working world doesn't follow suit and give everyone a full week off in March... ;)

Vegas baby!!!
In February Evan and I went to Las Vegas for the RadTech Conference that's held there every year. Pretty much my whole class was able to go and it was a LOT of fun. I had never been to Vegas before so everything was pretty much amazing and I took TONZ of pictures. I tried to pick some to sum it all up, but of course it doesn't give the whole things justice. But it was a great trip!! The weather was great, about 70 degrees and sunny during the day-wow! We had fun being together, seeing the sights, and hanging out with friends. I would love to go back someday to focus on a few things rather than try to see everything at once, see some shows and stuff. So Vegas, until then, thanks for the memories!

We stayed at the Silverton, which was at the sound end of the strip, but VERY nice. I'm glad we stayed there, and so was Evan because there was a Bass Pro Shop inside!! Cool beans!

There was this awesome store inside the Venecian with autographs and stuff--this is pictures of Walt Disney with an original signed check! How cool is that?!?!
There was also a Lamborghini exhibit, the boys were drooling...

The buildings were gorgeous!!
There was an aquarium in the front lobby of our hotel, and this guy was in there talking about all the fish species and feeding the rays. What a fun job!!!
All of the losers at the studen bowl :( How sad...
Us with Brian and Dana--they were awesome to be our tour guides the first night!

Birthday!! The big 2-5...
Happy Birthday to Evan...in January, but we did celebrate on time! I'm just posting it late :D But yep, my hubby turned 25 this year. At first when he realized how old we was going to be, it kinda freaked him out. But it's good now, teh cheesecake made it all better.

Oh yes, this is a slice of divine, HOMEMADE cheesecake! This is our hearly tradition for his b-day cake, but this year we shook things up and made it a rasberry huckleberry one. YUM!
Another BIG event--Evan graduated!!
It's true, he's all done, and I am so excited for and proud of him!! Evan has worked very hard to graduate a semester early and now he is done. He graduated with his Bachelor's in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis and is now looking for a "big-kid" job. But this is something that was important to us both, and now my hubby is a college graduate!!!
CONGRATULATIONS babe, I love you so much!!
Here Evan is, walking in the door after his last final, EVER!! (I'm happy, but jealous too ;) hehe)

My cheesy little signs, I'm not crafty but it'll do...plus his graduation present, a new bow!!
The mighty hunter...but isn't he cute!! ;)
The handsome hubby and very happy wife--Love you dear!!
Christmas Catch-up :D
ALRIGHTY!! So, I've been catching a deservedly huge amount of grief lately for not updating my blog. I will try to do better, and as for now will do LOTS of pictures, etc. to catch everyone up. I thought we would start where we left off...Christmas!!! We had so much fun during Christmas break. We spent the first little bit up in Driggs with the Hansen clan. Always so much fun to see everyone and let the cousins play! After that, we went to Idaho Falls to the Gardner house. My brother and his wife flew in from Kentucky and my sister and her family came from Missouri. It was so good to see them, it's been quite a while!!!!! It was awesome to have everyone home and celebrate the birth of our Savior. I LOVE CHRISTMAS TIME!! Unfortunately, my camera battery died when the kids all went sledding, but they had a great time with Uncle Evan! He was so cute and pulled them all around my parent's place behind the snowmobile. Anywho, it was a great time, and here are some pictures...
Pure concentration...

The Christmas Snowstorm--SWEET!
Here are the boys playing MarioKart on the Wii with Uncle Judd and Hailey riding the "horsey"
(SO FUN, I really want a Wii now!!)

My cute little niece Allison and her new bath towel
Evan with his new rifle rest...it was on his list, but frankly I don't know what you use it for ;)
This is my brother's wife Jen and her little present--"Bean" aka Ethan will be joining the madness in June and I'm SOOOOO excited!!!

Here's me, opening the beautiful pearl earrings Evan bought me. The story of why I'm laughing is that I showed him the earring ad in the paper with the "hint, hint" and he said he already bought me some jewelry and wasn't getting those. But he already had them, what a guy! ;)
This is Evan's ornament for this year...a moose in hunter orange with a rifle! LOL It was priceless!! We'll take a picture of them with the real moose when we pick it up in August.

This is my sister, playing with the super cute puppets she made for her daughter, along with a puppet theatre to hang in her doorway. It was darling!!

My mom, being brought into the world of digital photography...I'm so proud (sniff)

My dad, showing the kids how it's done with the Nerf gun :D

I love this girl! This is my niece we call "Moe," demonstrating what we affectionately call the Crazy Moe Hair, accompanied by the Crazy Moe Dance...she was slightly excited ;)

Apparently baton-twirling is a big deal in the south, and Katelyn was SO excited to finally have her own baton!! She's our little performer so maybe she can come take the place of the baton girl in the ISU marching band--Go baton girl!!! hehe
